Deb runs Deb on Hair from inside Pretty Pawz on Portway Road in Rowley Regis. She takes dogs individually so there's no queueing, no cages between clients, and no rushed finish.

Whether your dog is a confident regular or a nervous first-timer, the pace is set by them. That's why dogs that usually pull back at other groomers walk in calmly here.

Questions & answers

Do I need to book in advance?: Yes — Deb works one dog at a time, so it’s best to book a few days ahead. Same-day slots do occasionally come up, so it’s always worth calling.
How long does a groom take?: Most appointments take 45–75 minutes depending on the size of the dog, coat condition and the style you want. You’ll get a text when your dog is ready.
Can nervous or older dogs come?: Absolutely. Deb takes extra time with anxious, senior and rescue dogs. Just let her know what your dog needs when you book.
